Policy
All sales are FINAL. In the event of our error, we will
allow returns under certain conditions. ll claims/returns for errors on our part
must be approved and must be made no later than 10 days after receipt of order.
Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in "as-new" condition
with the packing slip. Blue Moon Gallery reserves the right to refuse any worn
or shelf-damaged items. In the event of any merchandise returns for reasons
other than our error, there will be a 20%
restocking fee on the items returned.
Damaged
Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the
responsibility of the shipping carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged
condition, immediately inform your local shipping carrier to file a claim. Be
sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must make claims for
shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days of receipt of
merchandise.

All prices are subject to change
without notice. However, we will make every effort possible to inform you should
any pricing changes occur.

Since we are small company we ship
once a week, unless it is during the busy season. Please call if you need it in
a hurry and we shall see what we can do for you. Since we are a small company
we listen to our customers closely and desire to help in any way we
can.
